Mortgage Rates Fall This Week; 30-Year Fixed at 4.99% -Freddie (Nasdaq)

Mortgage rates fell this week, with the third-straight decline pushing the average for 30-year fixed loans back below 5%, according to Freddie Mac’s (FRE) weekly survey of mortgage rates.
